Our Simplified Approach
Local Computerized Services, LLC has established a simplified franchising/affiliate format for our Local Sports History (LSH) platform. Thus, you may easily qualify as a local franchise/affiliate of LSH. You are not an employee or LCS. As a national service with a local focus, our objective is to represent every state and county in the USA for local sports, and the events associated with them. In order to accomplish this goal, we seek qualified local representatives to build out the LSH brand in their immediate local community. In doing so, the local franchise/affiliate will earn a growing and significant income.
Professionals/Candidates (special promotional considerations)
LCS is keenly interested is utilizing established professionals as local representatives. This may include active or retired educators (teachers, coaches, advisors, boosters, etc.). This may also include local business leaders or other influential people in the local community. Applicants that fit this description and are well qualified may received special consideration as a start-up representative of LSH. For example, LCS may offer to waive the franchise fee for the first year by means of a special promotional code. Or, we may offer to pay you for referrals that you bring to us as qualified representatives in other towns (i.e. we pay you a one-time finders fee of $750, which is 50% of the first years franchise fee). If qualified, there may be no limit to this referral bonus. However, you will need to clearly identify your referrals and they must qualify to represent LSH locally. Such referrals must pay the first year franchise fee. To take advantage of such special consideration, LCS will make available to promotional code that you must include in your initial application.
Basic Representative Qualifications
Those who qualify for a LSH franchise/affiliate must meet some basic criteria. To qualify, you must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA. You must also have a sincere interest in your immediate local community. Remember that you represent and serve the community with reliable information. You must have an established home office that utilizes modern technology. You are responsible for your own business expenses. You will also need some technical abilities. For example, you may be asked to maintain a future website. You will also need to be familiar with modern technologies that include smartphones, video, and, how social media works. Most importantly, you will need to be a "go getter" that's willing to approach local schools, businesses, and, key community individuals. Writing, interviewing, and, negotiating skills are also very desirable. Although specific schools do not qualify for a franchise, individuals and organizations associated with that system may qualify (i.e. clubs, boosters, organizers, etc.).
Significant Income Potential
Your income potential as a LSH franchise/affiliate is only limited by your efforts to grow your business locally. You will usually be assigned to the County or City in which you reside. You must promote your LSH outlet locally. As a franchise your income will be 100% of all sales made within your assigned territory. As an affiliate your income will be 50% of actual sales made. This includes all initial and annual renewable memberships for individuals, schools, and Sponsors (see Memberships). You will be issued a "Sales Code" when approved as an LCS Franchise/affiliate. This code must be included on every registration form in order to be paid. You will be paid for all sales that include your Sales Code (less any admin fees). We want you to build the most robust LSH outlet possible for your area. We anticipate that you will make many sales as a LSH representative! As a LCS franchise owner, you will have the opportunity to sell additional LCS services designed for your local community which replicates your income potential.
Sales Codes
You will be issued a sales code upon approval. You must use this code on all marketing materials and promote your service locally. This helps to ensure that you are paid for your local efforts. Those who register to this service (the sales you make) must use your sales code. LCS will forward your payments to you (via PayPal) based on the sales code utilized at registration. Individuals, schools and sponsors are required to enter the sales code that you provide to them during your marketing efforts. All sales are regarded as commissions paid to you and subject to a small admin expense (i.e. PayPal processing).
Franchise Fees
Once a franchise is approved and launched, your annual franchise fee of $1,500 is due in 90 days from launch (unless waived by LCS). This allows you to build your business locally in order to submit your initial franchise fee a few months later. Your annual fee will then become due each year on your anniversary date (same as initial launch date). In addition to your annual fee, LCS will be paid 5% of your Gross Monthly Sales for support. All financial transactions associated with your LCS franchise/affiliate will be expedited through PayPal.

This major difference between a Franchise and Affiliate is that Franchise owners are in business for themselves as a separate company and retain 100% of all sales.
