This service is designed for both "Retired Athletes" (RA) and amateur athletes - to establish a local franchise with LCS and generate an enduring online income using our Local Sports History platform.
The NCAA now allows college athletes to promote and earn income from their personal Name, Image, and, Likeness (NIL) while retaining amateur status. The same is true for athletes who are no longer active in their sport. We simply refer to them as being retired. You can be of almost any adult age and condition to participate in our RA-NIL.
Essentially, you are earning an income based on your own popularity and influence. This is a business development and marketing opportunity for your immediate local community (or your home town).
If you are/were an athlete (or coach), this will be an opportunity for you to earn an excellent income. This may help to pay for your education, for current or past students.
In the most simplistic terms, this would be part-time business development & marketing service in your hometown community promoting our local sports service (see also our "Analyst" section). Your home town is where folks already know, love, and respect you. Thus, you already have a measure of influence.
This LSH service invites local athletes to leverage their popularity and income potential to the immediate local audience. This "local concept" is specific to sports and it serves as a springboard for growing and expanding your NIL, even after your sports career ends.
Active athletes (and former athletes & coaches) are welcomed to apply with LSH to participate in a local franchise or Affiliate opportunity and start a meaningful source of personal income that's directly related to local sports history. Not all applicants will qualify.
Active athletes should learn more about NIL rules through your personal research on the subject. Rules may vary by state and/or school and conference. You must qualify to participate. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before applying.
With that said, we have provided a few links below to initiate your research on how NIL works (see below).
