This is a simplified agreement between you (a.k.a. The Sponsor) and Local Computerized Services, LLC (a.k.a. LCS)*.
- Sponsor hereby verifies that you are a legitimate, reputable establishment in the business community.
- Upon application submission, Sponsor agrees to pay LCS for services rendered (this is a annual fee).
- If you don't have a web presence, LCS will build one for you on our sister site (eWashDC.com) for a one-time $199 setup fee.
- Sponsor confirms that the information provided on your web presence is factual, honest, and true.
- Sponsor claims complete responsibility for the content of your web presence.
- LCS is not responsible for the content of any web presences that are linked to this site.
- Sponsor agrees not to promote or include controversial, disruptive, or poor taste information and/or language on your web presence.
- This LCS service does not allow or subscribe to political, religious, controversial, or, any confrontational and/or offensive content.
*This agreement may be updated or changed with or without prior notice.
