Annual Fee - Your annual Franchise Fee of $1,500 is due and payable 90 days after you have been assigned to a Local Franchise by Local Computerized Services, LLC.  Your assignment date is your anniversary date.  By making this payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and understand the LCS Franchise Agreement.  Going forward, your annual renewal will be due upon your anniversary date.

Monthly Fee - Your monthly 5% of Gross Sales payment is due by the 15th of each month.  Thank you in advance for making your franchise payments in a timely fashion!

Annual Franchise Payment

Your annual franchise payment is due within 90 days after you are assigned a franchise and "Sales Code".  Your annual fee is otherwise due on your anniversary date.  To pay your annual franchise fee, please click on the "Annual Franchise Fee" in the drop down menu and press the "Buy Now" button.

Monthly Fee
